• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans*
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities*
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary*
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention*
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members*
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations*
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, safety procedures, and professional standards*
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to diverse populations

Education & Certification Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy program required*
• Active Physical Therapy license issued by the State of North Carolina required*
• Annual certificate of licensure by the State of NC required*
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required*
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
