Full Time Physical Therapist – Taos, NM

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a highly respected healthcare facility in the breathtaking town of Taos, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate PT to grow their career, provide top-quality patient care, and enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer.Position Overview The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific treatment programs to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall quality of life. You will work closely with a supportive rehabilitation team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans*
  • Provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, strength, and coordination*
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and lifestyle adjustments*
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes*
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely*
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Education and Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program*
  • Current New Mexico Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)*
  • Current BLS certification required*
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
