This opportunity is perfect for an experienced therapist or a motivated new graduate ready to grow their career in a supportive and patient-centered environment.Job Description As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients achieve their mobility, rehabilitation, and quality-of-life goals. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of varying ages and conditions*
- Utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve strength, mobility, and overall function*
- Educating patients and families on exercises, therapy plans, and recovery expectations*
- Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans as necessary*
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff to ensure optimal care outcomes*
- Promoting wellness and injury prevention through patient and community education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required)*
- Active Physical Therapy license in South Dakota (or eligibility)*
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply mentorship and training available
