Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN, for a Full-time Physical Therapist. This role offers a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus for direct applicants.

For the past 40 years Thorne Crest has provided seniors with lifestyle choices from independent and assisted living to skilled care and rehab. With the recent completion of an $11 million redevelopment project, the community now offers a new memory care center, wellness center with pool and locker rooms, bistro and dining room, common areas, new assisted living apartments, parking garage and much more. Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
