OPEN POSITION: Physician - NeonatologistSCHEDULE: - Full-Time- Flexible Options- Details BelowCOMPENSATION: - $325,000 to $375,000 Starting Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience- Negotiable Sign-On Bonus- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail- Student Loan Repayment- Relocation Assistance- Paid Time Off Package (can be cashed out if unused)- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- 401k- Details NegotiableLOCATION:Las Cruces, New MexicoCOMPANY PROFILE: This organization is a physician-owned medical group specializing in the care of expectant mothers and newborns. They were founded in 2016 by a small group of neonatologists and have grown to operate in multiple states with more than 100 board certified neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and pediatric specialists on their team. They combine a national infrastructure with local support, using their breadth and depth of clinical and operational resources to allow physicians to focus their time on delivering care.POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is an excellent opportunity for a neonatologist to join a highly skilled team within a thriving, physician-led organization.
