Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Custodian for Retirement Residence of Plum and Northwood Commons.

Job Duties: - Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work- Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested- Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as neededQualifications:- Must have valid PA Drivers License- Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reachBenefits:$16/hour + Retirement 401k + Company Match
