Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Location: Bishop, California Connected Health Care, a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable outpatient clinic in Bishop, CA to hire a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Relocation and retention incentives are offered.Position Overview The Outpatient PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment plans.Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans*
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed*
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately*
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention*
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care*
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program*
- Current California PTA licensure*
- Basic Life Support certification
- Full-time outpatient position with consistent schedule*
