Full-Time X-Ray Technologist – Rancho Mirage, CA

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected outpatient orthopedic clinic in Rancho Mirage, California, to hire a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled imaging professional seeking a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, working in a patient-focused outpatient setting.

Position Overview The X-Ray Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment. This role requires strong technical ability, patient care skills, and attention to detail to support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and established protocols*
  • Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images*
  • Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently*
  • Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed for patients and staff*
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation*
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans*
  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience*
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field*
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required*
  • Active California Radiologic Technologist license required*
  • CPR/BLS certification required*
  • Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging preferred*
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
