What You'll Do

Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Support and mentor STNAs and LPNs
Advocate for resident well-being, comfort, and dignity
