Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
- Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
- Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
- Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
- Participate in training and skill development
Compensation
- The average full-time Apex producer earns $5,000 to $11,000 per month, with top full-time sales reps typically earning more
- Pay is tied to individual production and results and is based on submitted applications and issued policies
- Production bonuses and incentive trips are offered regularly
- No caps on commissions
