Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field; BCBA certification required.
  • Certifications Requirements: BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in school or academic settings.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work on a full-time schedule (32-40 hours/week), excellent communication skills, background check clearance, and willingness to work on a school campus with a K-12 population.
