Job Description:

Conduct psychological evaluations (cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral) to assess student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP teams to develop data-driven intervention plans.
Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling support for students.
Assist in MTSS/RTI implementation, including progress monitoring and tiered supports.
Participate in IEP/504 meetings, offering expertise on accommodations and specialized services.
Advocate for equitable practices to support diverse learners (e.g., disabilities, ELL, at-risk youth).
Train staff on mental health awareness, behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed care.
Maintain confidential, compliant records aligned with IDEA and Illinois state guidelines.

Requirements:

Masters or Specialist Degree in School Psychology (or related field).
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement or eligibility.
