Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care / Janitorial Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
- Full Time Temporary Floor Care Technican- Must be able to work full time during daytime hours Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- Previous floor care experience is required, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, etc.)
- Knowledge of proper floor care products and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep floor care services
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines

What You’ll Need:
