OPEN POSITION: Physician - UrologistSCHEDULE:- Full-Time- 40 Hours per Week- Monday to Friday- No Evenings- No Weekends- No Holidays- Some Flexibility OfferedCOMPENSATION:- $375,000 to $625,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience- Productivity-Based Bonus Plan- Malpractice w/ Tail Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- STD / LTD / Life Insurance- 36 Days Paid Time Off- $3,000 Annual CME Allowance- 401k w/ 4% Match- Many More Benefits- Full Package NegotiableLOCATION:Sparta, New JerseyCOMPANY PROFILE:This organization is a physician-led, patient-centric healthcare network. They serve millions of patients across the country every year, improving health outcomes while achieving exemplary satisfaction.POSITION DESCRIPTION:The new urologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated care team. Physicians are supported by fully-trained clinical assistants, including scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the primary focus is always on patient care.General duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- comprehensive clinic-based urology care- diagnose and treat urology patients- preventative healthcare- healthcare maintenance- work collaboratively with other providers in a multi-disciplinary team- refer to other specialists as neededProviders see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
