Job Description
Take your skills to the next level.
Do you have experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, pest control, landscaping, or another skilled trade? Are you looking for something more rewarding than repetitive repair work or setting traps?
At TLC Wildlife Management, we specialize in permanent, non-lethal wildlife solutions that combine construction skills, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. We don't just remove animals—we repair, protect, and improve homes while keeping wildlife where it belongs.
This isn't an entry-level "animal job." It's a skilled trade that requires attention to detail, pride in your work, and the ability to think through challenging situations.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed wildlife inspections.
- Install permanent exclusion and repair systems on homes and businesses.
- Work on roofs, ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and custom-fabricated metal.
- Educate homeowners and provide outstanding customer service.
- Learn advanced exclusion techniques that go far beyond traditional "pest control".
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in construction, pest management, roofing, carpentry, remodeling, or a similar hands-on trade.
- Is comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and clean, professional repairs.
- Enjoys solving problems rather than simply treating symptoms.
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Wants to learn a specialized trade with room to grow.
Why TLC?
Most wildlife and pest control companies focus on trapping animals or applying treatments. We focus on identifying why wildlife gained access in the first place and permanently solving the problem through high-quality exclusion and repair work.
We'll build on the skills you already have and teach you advanced wildlife mitigation techniques that set you apart in the industry. If you're the kind of person who enjoys learning, improving your craft, and doing work you're proud to put your name on, you'll fit right in.
