Position Overview The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic imaging to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to patient safety and care. Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and established protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance Accurately document and process patient imaging records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care Follow infection control standards and maintain a clean, organized work area Provide patient education on procedures and answer any questions Education and Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (R) certification required State of Arizona Radiologic Technologist license required (or ability to obtain prior to start date) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred If you are a passionate X-Ray Technician seeking a rewarding full-time role in a beautiful location, we want to hear from you!
