This is a shared position between Nothing Bundt Cakes Tulsa (7890 E. 106th Pl.) and Midtown Tulsa (5501 E. 41st St.). Applicant must be willing to work at both locations.

The food transportation driver safely operates commercial vehicles to deliver food products to distribution centers. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying inventory, and maintaining temperature control for safety.

The Froster Following a strict proprietary recipe, NbC cake-frosting methods and food safety standards, the Froster makes our signature frosting and utilizes standardized application techniques to frost all our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Operation & Transport: Drive vehicles on local routes, obeying all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Food Safety Compliance: Maintain proper product temperatures, monitor cargo, and follow hygiene standards to prevent foodborne illness.
Loading/Unloading: Manually load/unload products, often using hand carts to move goods into customer storage areas.
Documentation & Accuracy: Verify deliveries, document temperatures, and properly rotate goods.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and functional.

· Can understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as recipes, order tickets, operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.

· Understands basic units of measurement used in the U.S.

· Has the ability to perform repetitious tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands and fingers.

· Is meticulous about using exact measurements, paying strict attention to timing and working on a tight, fast-paced production schedule.

· Can evaluate products, processes, information and surroundings to determine compliance with standards.

· Possesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.

· Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.

· Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.

· Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.

· Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues.

· Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation, ensures frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and washes any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.

· Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Applicants must have a current Food Handler’s Permit from the Tulsa Health Department.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift, push, and pull products weighing 1–75 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs).
Experience: Prior experience in local or OTR delivery preferred. Prior food handling experience preferred.
Availability to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
