AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and provide education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
This role is a great fit for driven individuals who are ready to build communication, sales, and leadership skills within a stable organization. You will receive warm leads, structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to create a successful client experience.
What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently
Complete customer-focused needs reviews
Educate clients about insurance options and benefits
Recommend appropriate products and services
Provide a professional, supportive experience from first conversation through follow-up

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
