Employment Attorney
Greater Boston Area | Flexible Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time

A boutique employment law firm in the Greater Boston area is looking for an experienced Employment Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys the full spectrum of employment law and wants meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the flexibility to build a practice within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Represent both employees and employers in employment matters
- Handle state and federal employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work
- Draft and negotiate employment, severance, and separation agreements
- Advise executives on sophisticated employment matters, including equity compensation and stock options
- Counsel employers through discipline, termination, and workplace issues
- Advise employees regarding potential claims, restrictive covenants, and workplace disputes
- Draft and negotiate pre-litigation demand letters
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an attorney who is:
- A strong and passionate advocate
- Comfortable representing both employees and employers
- Experienced in employment litigation and counseling
- Highly skilled with employment and severance agreements
- A practical problem solver and strategic thinker
- An excellent writer and communicator
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of matters
- Collaborative and genuinely enjoys being part of a team

Flexibility matters here. This is a remote-friendly role without a rigid office attendance requirement. You'll have the autonomy to work remotely while coming into the office when it makes sense for your practice and the team.

J.D. and Massachusetts Bar admission required.
