Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to meet their insurance needs and exceed their expectations.
Insurance Guidance: Offer personalized advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage tailored to their requirements.
Portfolio Management: Analyze and assess client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional coverage and enhancements.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries promptly, providing solutions and resolving any issues efficiently.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License. One is not required to apply. Must obtain one within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in the use of CRM software and other communication tools.
Languages: English. Spanish fluency is a plus.
