What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

Help individuals and families understand available benefit options

Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication

Deliver excellent client service and build long-term relationships

Participate in weekly mentorship, training, and team development sessions
