Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong middle office accounting experience to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of portfolio management, accounting workflows, and the full lifecycle of daily operations from start-of-day to end-of-day.Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements related to middle office accounting.
Document and assess accounting and position movements across multiple systems.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting workflows.
Able to work independently, drive analysis, and break down complex challenges into clear, actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholder expectations
Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
Consistently delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely outputs
Ability to quickly understand new environments and hit the ground running
Proven Business Analyst experience in financial services with a focus on middle office accounting.
Familiarity with portfolio management and daily operational flows.
Experience tracking accounting position movements.
Background in front office accounting, or reconciliation.
Exposure to systems such as Aladdin, RKS, or Geneva (Aladdin experience is preferred but not mandatory).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
