OverviewJoin a growing fund services team in a client-facing role that combines fund operations, investor reporting, and relationship management. This position offers exposure to the full fund administration lifecycle while partnering closely with senior client managers and investment fund clients.The ideal candidate will have a background in fund accounting, fund administration, or fund operations and be interested in developing into a client management and leadership track role.Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact supporting assigned fund clients alongside senior Client Managers
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution of fund operations and client deliverables
- Support fund activities including capital calls, distributions, valuations, cash monitoring, management fees, and reporting
- Assist with preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor communications
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with ad hoc reporting requests
- Monitor deliverable timelines and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in client meetings and calls to develop client relationship management skills
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve client service
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate across operations, accounting, and investor services teams to deliver high-quality client support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, fund operations, or private equity operations
- Understanding of private equity fund structures, capital activity, and investor reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Interest in developing into a client-facing relationship management role
- Private equity, private credit, hedge fund, or alternative investment experience preferred
