Job Description

Rôle :

L' offre est à pourvoir au sein de l'équipe Fund Finance Co-Investissement, composée de 6 personnes. La mission consiste à aider les analystes à assurer le suivi des structures d'investissement dédiées à l'activité Co-investissement et en particulier les aspects suivants :

  • Préparation trimestrielle des valorisations et calcul de l'actif net

  • Analyse et reporting de la performance des portefeuilles d'actifs et des fonds d'investissement

  • Suivi et contrôle des flux financiers : investissements, désinvestissements, charges

  • Gestion de la trésorerie et calibrage des appels/distributions investisseurs

  • Contrôle et validation des états comptables et financiers des fonds d'investissement

  • Production de reportings règlementaires, commerciaux et internes

  • Implication dans la levée et structuration de nouveaux fonds ou entités intermédiaires

Profil :

  • Master en Finance ou équivalent

  • Une première expérience en cabinet d'audit, contrôle financier ou finance est appréciée

  • Maîtrise du pack office et appétence pour les outils

  • Bonne maitrise de l'anglais
