Le rôle :

L'offre d'Alternance est à pourvoir au sein d'une équipe de 9 personnes basées à Paris : le Fund Finance Real Estate.

Nous recherchons une personne en alternance à partir de début septembre 2026 dont les missions seraient les suivantes :

Enregistrement et suivi des factures au niveau fonds mais également au niveau de l'intégralité des sociétés en portefeuille propriétaires des immeubles en France et Allemagne
Contrôles des budgets (pour les travaux et les frais récurrents)
Préparation des paiements
Réalisation d'un fichier suivi des charges et des revenus utilisés par les équipes d'investissement pour la mise à jour de leur Business Plan trimestriel
Revue des déclarations de TVA et tâche annexes.

Le profil :

Type de diplôme : Bachelor ou Licence (Bac+3)
Anglais écrit et oral
Une première expérience sur un poste similaire est appréciée.

Proactivité et efficacité
Dynamisme et bonne communication
Grande capacité d'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
