What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events from start to finish
- Coordinate event logistics, including materials, supplies, and setup
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials
- Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful events
- Conduct market research to identify sponsorship and fundraising opportunities
- Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and correspondence
- Monitor and report on event outcomes to inform future improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement event plans and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs
- Support the fundraising team in achieving financial and participation goals
- Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank-you notes and follow-ups
- Manage event registrations and attendee communications
- Help promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
