Our successful and established Farmers Insurance Agency in Duluth, GA is seeking a motivated, energetic, and driven individual who wants more than a job—you want a long‑term career with unlimited potential. You will train directly with a Topper Club–level team, gain hands‑on experience in sales, service, marketing, and client management, and receive award‑winning Farmers University training. If you’re competitive, coachable, and ready to build something of your own, this is the perfect place to start.

🚀 Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and performance targets
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales
- Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross‑sell and up‑sell
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships to maintain high retention
- Grow revenue through phone outreach, email, and lead follow‑up
- Prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage
- Present policy options clearly and confidently
- Maintain consistent follow‑up and provide ongoing client support

- Property & Casualty license preferred (we will train the right person)
- Must be able to work on‑site in Duluth, GA
