About the Role:

Join our team as a Master Plumber and help us establish a new plumbing division! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled plumber to lead and innovate in a growing company dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and launch of the new plumbing division.
• Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff to uphold quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Develop and implement plumbing service plans and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Master Plumber license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality.
• Experience in leading or starting a division is a plus.
