- Lead personalized, evidence-based strength training sessions in a focused, low-distraction environment
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand each client’s goals, health history, and starting point
- Coach proper technique with clarity and confidence — safety and effectiveness are non-negotiable
- Keep thorough client records so every session builds on the last
- Genuinely passionate about strength training — you live it, don’t just talk about it
- A natural communicator who makes people feel comfortable and capable
- Coachable and detail-oriented — you take feedback seriously and take notes
- Someone who wants a real career in fitness, not just a side gig
- No personal training certification required — we provide comprehensive paid training and a raise when you complete the program
- We review every application carefully and will reach out to candidates we’d like to move forward with
- Qualified candidates can expect a phone screen followed by an in-person interview
- Finalists will receive an offer letter and have lunch with the owners
- Opportunities to earn performance-based compensation tied to client enrollments and renewals
