Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and engage with students in various educational activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative community.
• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are readily available for students.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a preschool or early childhood education environment.
• Relevant training or certifications in early childhood education.
