Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.
- Candidate would be responsible for operating various Daktronics equipment and software may include but not limited to:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience using Daktronics DakStats software
- Pitch Clock
- Scoreboard
- Candidate’s availability would encompass but not limited to:
- Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season
- Outside stadium events
- Candidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high-pace, energetic environment. Knowledge of baseball rules is a must.
