Job Description
Garment Processing Associate (VAS)
Location: St. Albans, VT
Pay: Starting at $17.75/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Prepping, Sewing, and Inspection (VAS) team. This position is primarily stationary and requires standing in one area for most of the shift while performing garment processing and quality inspection tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Change hangers and prepare garments for processing
- Inspect garments for quality and accuracy
- Remove labels using picks and seam rippers
- Apply tags and size identification rings
- Follow quality standards and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- No shoulder, hand, or wrist restrictions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous production, warehouse, or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
