About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led GI group in the heart of MetroWest Boston. Enjoy a collaborative environment, strong support, and a clear path to partnership.
- 8 Physicians, 5 APP's
- Schedule: Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Single-hospital call: 1:12 weekends / 1:10 weekdays
- supported by APPs
- Endoscopy center, care center, and hospital all within walking distance
- In-house services: infusion, pathology lab, FibroScan, and diagnostic ultrasound

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $475,000 – $500,000 per year
- Signing Bonus: ~$50,000
- Productivity Bonus: Additional annual wRVU bonus
- Transition Bonus: upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
