Job Description

Gastro Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join our private practice teams in Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham. Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range:$450,000 – $500,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Additional compensation includes:

Signing bonus

Fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows)

Productivity incentives (wRVU model)

Transition bonus leading to partnership
