Job Description

A well-established, multi-physician gastroenterology group in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing practice. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, supported by strong hospital affiliations and an established referral network.

Position Highlights

Two-year pathway to full partnership
4.5-day work week
Eligible to buy into the ambulatory surgery center beginning Year Two
Light call schedule with fellowship support for first call
Teaching and mentoring opportunities through an affiliated fellowship program

Requirements

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure

Year One total compensation approximately $430,000
Year Two compensation includes base salary, retention bonus, and ASC distributions with projected earnings of $650,000+
Partner earnings potential $700,000+
Six weeks of annual paid time off for partners
