A well-established manufacturer in the Cleveland area is seeking an experienced Gear Hobbing Machine Operator for a 1st shift opportunity. This role is responsible for setting up and operating gear hobbing equipment to produce precision components while maintaining strict quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate gear hobbing machines
Read blueprints and work from engineering drawings
Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
Make machine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
Maintain quality and production standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating gear hobbing machines or similar gear-cutting equipment
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Manufacturing or machining experience required
