Duration: Full-Time Role Hybrid Role Job Overview We are seeking a Gen AI Engineer (Gen AI Engineer (Data Engineer OR Data Scientist OR ML Engineer)) with a strong Python background to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions. This role is open to professionals with experience in data engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering, and focuses on developing scalable GenAI workflows, APIs, and production-ready AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring modern LLM-based solutions into real-world applications.Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain GenAI workflows and AI-enabled applications
- Build and expose AI services via RESTful APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask
- Implement and optimize prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows
- Perform data processing and feature preparation to support AI/ML pipelines
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models across development, testing, and production environments
- Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Document system design, APIs, workflows, and model behavior
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Hands-on experience in API development using FastAPI and/or Flask
- Experience in data processing and AI-enabled workflows using Python
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Understanding of RAG architectures and agentic AI patterns
- Basic understanding of hybrid prompting techniques
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Experience working with Gemini LLM or other enterprise LLMs
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
