Job Description
Title: Gen AI Graphic DesignerLocation: Remote USDuration: Quarterly ExtensionsCompensation: $70-90/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.ABOUT THIS ROLEThe ideal candidate will blend strong foundational design principles with an expert command of generative AI technologies to produce cutting-edge visual experiences. You should be able to work independently from a brief, prioritize tasks, track essential details, and deliverables across multiple projects. You will design, animate, and deliver high-impact workflows and assets for a variety of campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and external agencies. Your expertise in both traditional design and AI-powered creative tools will help us set new standards for engaging, innovative advertising.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Conceptualize and design marketing assets, social content, and product launches across family of apps.Build and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-driven animation, automated asset creation) to enhance creative output and efficiency.Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and other designers to develop cohesive visual narratives.Stay current with emerging AI technologies and design trends, proactively recommending new approaches, tools, and innovating workflows.Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5-8 years of graphic design experience on marketing assets and social video contentStrong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).Hands-on experience with AI-powered node-based creative tools including Weavy preferred.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.Excellent knowledge of current industry standard audio/video formats and codecsExperience with digital content management systems, digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage contentIdeally has B2B experienceMust be eligible to work in the US
Top 3 must-have HARD skills: | + 1 Must be GenAI NATIVE: Deeply experienced with expert-level proficiency generating photos and video via GenAI, inside and outside. +2 Work must have an elevated visual aesthetic: sophisticated and premium taste level +3 Must have graphic design background and high proficiency in Adobe CC suite and Figma tools |
