The Opportunity

As a GenAI Python Systems Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimizing algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and optimizing algorithms and models to enhance intelligent decision-making and automation
  • Developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation in business processes
  • Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and business growth
  • Leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design robust data solutions for clients
  • Utilizing Python and machine learning libraries to build scalable AI systems
  • Conducting complex data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data challenges and improve data quality
  • Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
  • At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
  • Utilizing Python programming for AI-driven automation solutions
  • Implementing machine learning libraries and NLP techniques
  • Analyzing complex data to generate actionable insights
  • Navigating ambiguity while maintaining client-focused solutions
  • Developing meaningful client relationships through effective communication

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
