Job Description

C Level Automotive TechnicianAAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care is the world’s leader in transmission and complex automotive repairs. We are actively seeking C Level Technician in the transmission repair and general automotive repair & diagnosis areas. If you feel you’re ready for a new challenge, ready to grow your career with a nationwide industry leader then reach out to us now.  Clock time pay of $19/hr    PLUS bonuses paid weekly based on performance    Employee Health Insurance - Fully paid by company    NO NIGHTS / NO WEEKENDS    401(k) match / 2 Weeks PTO / 6 Holidays  Position Responsibilities:

  • Preventive maintenance & basic services (fluid changes/battery testing/bulb changes/etc)
  • Brake & Suspension work (inspections/pads & rotors/straightforward suspension work)
  • Assist B and A level technicians when needed
  • Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) & document recommended repairs clearly
  • Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques
  • Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated
  • Maintain a clean & organized work environment, shop and shop equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working as an Auto Tech or completion of Auto Tech program
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Own basic toolset
  • Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
  • Entry level ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
