📍 Open Position – Reno, Nevada
🦷 Dental Assistant – General Practice
💲 Starting at $17+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
In this role, you’ll provide chairside support, assist during procedures, help maintain efficient clinical flow, and create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. 💙
📋 Key Responsibilities
🦷 Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures🦷 Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients🦷 Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)🦷 Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits🦷 Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting🦷 Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory🦷 Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions🦷 Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards🦷 Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles)✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills✔️ Positive, team-oriented attitude✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment✔️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)✔️ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus 🌟
