Location: Manhattan, NYPractice: National Dental Upper East SideSchedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday)Compensation: 30% of collections with NO lab deduction fees + Daily ramp up guarantee Patient Mix: PPO / FFS

National Dental Upper East Side is seeking a General Dentist to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships.
You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team while maintaining clinical autonomy and opportunities for clinical growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements
Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in New York, NY
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
Preferred
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
- Implant Placement Experience
- Experience with comprehensive treatment planning
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Endodontic experience
- Oral surgery experience
- Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments

- W-2 Employee Position
- Percentage of Collections (30%)
- Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period (800 - 1000)
