Full-Time General Dentist — Phoenix, AZ
Location: Smile Fitness Dental Center | Phoenix, AZSchedule: Full Time | Monday–ThursdayCompensation: 30% of net collections with no lab deduction fees + $800–$1,000/day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4–6 monthsPractice Mix: PPO / Fee-for-Service
United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Smile Fitness Dental Center, an established Phoenix practice serving the community for more than 30 years.
This is an opportunity for a comprehensive dentist who wants an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the ability to provide a broad range of treatment while benefiting from the resources and support of UDC.
The practice provides general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, oral surgery, periodontal, emergency, and family dentistry, creating opportunities to keep comprehensive treatment in-house and build long-term patient relationships.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dentist who communicates well with patients, takes ownership of treatment planning, and is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry while collaborating with an experienced practice team.
Requirements
Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in Arizona
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
Preferred
- Implant Placement Experience
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Endodontic experience
- Oral surgery experience
