What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)
As a Handyman, you’ll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties, including:
General repairs and maintenance (drywall, painting, minor carpentry)
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, faucets, outlets, switches)
Installing and repairing doors, locks, cabinets, and hardware
Flooring repairs and minor installations
Performing preventive maintenance to keep properties in good condition
Responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues
Estimating time and materials needed for each job
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
Strong knowledge of general repairs, maintenance, and basic trades
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good problem-solving and communication skills
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
