We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Afrin Property Solutions LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.OverviewWe are seeking some skilled General Handyman Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional service in the property maintenance industry. This role involves working on various interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Qualifications

• Must be experienced.
• Minimum 2 years experience in in property maintenance work.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a short onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
• MUST to be located in the US

Requirement

• Technicians who wants to work under a 1099 Independent Subcontractor agreement
• Tradespeople who are self-motivated, communicative, and ready to handle straightforward tasks across rotating properties.
• Technicians with HVAC Certification, Electrical Certification and Plumbing License and Appliance repair knowledge will be given priority and high value.
• Must complete brief onboarding and basic documentation with vendor representative before receiving work
• Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills.
• Need to have necessary job tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas in term of property maintenance (Residential and Commercial).
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects if required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly
• Provide photos of any work (before photos, during photos, after photos, inspection photos, property photos etc.)

Experience

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various trades (handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Welding experience is a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Payout

• Standard hourly payment (based on experience)
• Gas fee for round trip
• Inspection/Diagnostic fee
