General Labor - Talent Pool

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is accepting applications for dedicated General Laborers & Warehouse Workers for upcoming opportunities.

These positions may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire.

Typical Duties for the General Laborer and Warehouse Worker may include:

·Perform a variety of general labor and warehouse tasks to support daily operations.

·Load, unload, move, and stage materials, products, or equipment as needed.

·Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory within the warehouse.

·Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company procedures.

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company and safety guidelines.

·Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, or other tools as required (training provided if applicable).

·Assist with sorting, labeling, and packaging products or materials.

·Perform basic quality checks to ensure materials and products meet company standards.

·Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques when handling materials.

·Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and operational goals.

·Support additional warehouse or facility tasks as assigned by management.

What we are looking for (Requirements):

·Must be 18 years of age or older

·Ability to work in any environment: non-climate-controlled, climate-controlled, or outdoors (including partially covered areas; jobs may vary)

·Must be physically able to do the job: move, lift (25-75 lbs), push, pull, bend, twist, climb, reach, stand for long hours

·Steel-toed boots are required (for most positions).

·Ability to work safely and effectively as a team member.

·Reliable attendance and punctuality.

·Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

·Entry-level Experience is acceptable, but a willingness to learn the required work is essential.

· Experience with hand tools, power tools, or machinery is a plus.

·Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

·Willing to work any shift.
