Job Title: General Laborer / AssemblerLocation: Maple Plain, MNCompensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pmJob Type: Trial for hire | Full-timeEarn an additional $1/hr after a successful first 30 days!About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborer / Assembler workers for a technical services company in Maple Plain, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble products, support a clean workspace, and contribute to a dependable, team-focused environment. If you enjoy simple, steady tasks and want reliable daytime hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit!What You’ll Do as a General Laborer / Assembler:
  • Assemble parts and products according to written instructions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Support general labor functions including packaging, material handling, and inventory tasks
  • Follow all safety policies and company guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer / Assembler Role:
  • Must have at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years in assembly or general labor
  • Must be able to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive motions
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Dependability and solid teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation to Maple Plain, MN
