Job Title: General LaborerLocation: Worthington, MNCompensation: $17.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a leading industrial manufacturing company in Worthington, MN. In this role, you'll support production operations by working with steel products, operating equipment, and preparing materials for shipment. Assist with preparation of the production process
Operate a laser cutter while following safety procedures
Monitor and oversee the automatic paint booth process
Use hand and power tools to refine and finish steel products
Prepare products for shipment and assist with loading and unloading materials using a forklift

What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:

Ability to frequently lift heavy steel bins throughout the shift
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable transportation to the Worthington area
