Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Landscape Laborers in Akron, OHHours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PMDays: Monday FridayOvertime: Saturday overtime most weeks starting in AprilPay: $15/hr to start, increasing to $17/hr after 1 monthNOT ON THE BUS LINE Short DescriptionWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborers for a full-time outdoor position in Akron, OH. Employees will report to the office each morning, be assigned to a crew, and ride out to landscaping job sites with the team.This position includes general labor such as raking, cleanup, and other manual outdoor work. Strong performers may also be trained on commercial ride-on lawn mowers. Requirements

General labor or outdoor work experience preferred*
Willingness to perform raking, cleanup, and manual labor*
Willingness to learn commercial mowing equipment on the job*
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather*
Work boots required*
Bring lunch and drinks for the day and be prepared to stay hydrated*
Valid drivers license preferred*
Must be willing to comply with a national background check

Physical RequirementsThis position requires walking extended distances and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive outdoor labor with or without reasonable accommodation. We are Seeking Candidates who have held the job titles of:Landscape Laborer, Groundskeeper, Lawn Care Laborer, General Laborer, Outdoor Laborer, or Landscaping Crew Member
