General Labor Location: Stayton, ORPay: $22.50/hourShift: Graveyard (Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)Interviews: Conducted on-site after 10:00 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable General Labor associates to support our door manufacturing operations in Stayton, Oregon. This role involves working on a production line, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities- Operate small and large machinery used in the production of doors
- Work on the assembly line to build and assemble door products
- Inspect all products to ensure quality standards are met
- Machine doors for hardware installation
- Perform material preparation and material handling tasks
- Stage and package finished products for delivery
- Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinetry, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- General knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools (tape measure, etc.)
- Fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse setting
- Exposure to machinery, wood materials, and production equipment
- Must be comfortable working overnight hours
